Refund Policy

Return & Damage Claim Policy

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued for returns granted after 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned to our processing center.

Shipping Fee

Professional Probelle will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item). Return shipping and handling fees within continental Canada will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please reach out via our Claim Page with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

After your return is accepted and processed, please allow 10-12 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit for future purchases.

Professional Probelle reserves the right to terminate, modify, or change this policy at any time.

Electrical tools have a 1-year warranty period. A valid proof of purchase must be presented for a replacement or refund.
